Bandit Outfit is a nice bandit themed outfit available for Fallout 4. This mod simply distributes them to raiders. Highly configurable and ESL-flagged.
DISTRIBUTION
The outfits will start being distributed to Raiders at level 5.

Bandit Outfit - for the armor.
Spell Perk Item Distributor - for the distribution, remember to download the one that matches your game version.
