Retextures the low res magazine rack to match the magazines better.

Magazine Rack Retexture?
Just a quick retexture of the magazine rack.
Nothing special here I just wasn't happy with the disparity between the rack and the magazines themselves which are fairly high resolution.
Installation:
Extract and put the data folder in your fallout 4 folder and if asked overwrite
Uninstallation:
Delete Folder ''Shelving" in Fallout 4\Data\Textures\SetDressing
