Patch that adds a keyword making the Safe House a full settlement. Also adds 6 Institute settlers to the Safe House.

I have this fine mod Institute Safe House installed in most of my game profiles.   I often play the Institute faction and this mod, along with the companion
ISH Workshop Synth Production Add On  make the safe house a great base to build my synth army.  The downside of the original mod is that it is only a player home.  I wanted a full settlement so my patch adds the needed keyword making it a settlement.  Additionally, the mod adds 6 NPCs: 3 Institute scientists (one a doctor), two workers and a courser as residents (settlers).

To just make it a settlement you only need the original Institute Safe House mod and this patch mod.

To make it a manufacturing base for a synth army (as I play) use the mods below in the order shown.
