Transfer Settlement Blueprint. Adds a large Institute-themed tower to Abernathy Farm.

This is a Transfer Settlements Blueprint for the vanilla Abernathy Farm settlement location. It features a large tower which holds a reactor, greenhouse, and living area. 

It's fairly complete. Not thoroughly decorated as I really just wanted a build to try out a few ideas:
  • A raised build with a singular, central pillar providing support, and embedding an elevator into that tower. 
  • You know how the Institute has the old facilities? I wanted to evoke a little bit of that, with hallways and staircases leading to more utilitarian places instead of a sleek institute look. This idea didn't pan out as well as I would have hoped, but it was an experiment. 
  • An idea for my Starlight build was to have the living quarter atrium and greenhouse side-by-side, and while I didn't use it there I wanted to revisit. 
  • Use the Institute reactor room tileset in some fashion. 

The idea is that this is part of a post-MQ above-ground Institute. Advanced Systems and Facilities have a power generator experiment featured at the center, while BioScience has a specimen collection and greenhouse. 

The reactor test site is finally ready. In the future I want to see if we can leverage more pre-war energy grid infrastructure, so this site's location to a clear thoroughfare under the power lines was ideal. For now, Dr. Li and I will continue our miniaturization efforts of the reactor prototype. Obviously the reactor that the Director helped activate will suffice for the foreseeable future, but I'm not thrilled with having a single point of failure, and the other division heads concurred with working towards decentralized fail-safes. This is our last above ground facility - for which I am thankful - so BioScience expressed interest in supporting this facility as well. They've been given the north lab wing, and we've expanded the upper deck to accommodate a greenhouse.

Overview of features:
  • Elevated construction.
  • 1-way elevator between ground floor and the science floor. From there, access to the labs for Advanced Systems and BioScience.
  • From the science floor, stairs that go down into utility spaces for managing the reactor. 
  • From the science floor, stairs that go up into the atrium and greenhouse.
  • Atrium has two lavatories, six rooms, cafeteria, and clinic.
