You can easily adjust the explosion time and response range of all mines, including the default ones and any additional mines added by mods. This mod does not have an ESP file, and no extra steps are needed to modify mines added by other mods.
After installing the mod, navigate to the mod's folder where you'll find the SimpleMineDelayControl.ini file. Open this file and adjust the values of MineTimerMultiplier or MineProximityMultiplier to customize the time and range according to your preferences.
The adjustments to the values take effect when the game is launched, so after editing the ini file, you will need to restart the game for the changes to take effect.
