About this mod
If you don't have a strong Pc, this game is fuul of lags. One of the reasons is the lights. I checked every single light in game and modified them to help your PC's frame rate.

There are a lot of lights in this game, i checked ALL of them one by one.
I removed every casted shadow from them except for the Shadow hemishpere (there are just 15 of them in game and there is not the Non-shadow version).
This mod is useful for those who don't have a strong PC, or don't want to deal with severe FPS drops.
That's not my case, but I had a shitty PC once and i know what this means.
Surely, some light's quality is lesser, but increases performances a lot, with my older Pc a had from 20 to 35 FPS in Corvega's plant.
Just download the esp and put it into data folder, that's it.
Delet it to unistall.
REMEMBER THAT EVERY MOD THAT TOUCHES LIGHTS IS INCOMPATIBILE...AND I MODIFIED EVERYTHING.

I checkedd all lights in game and just turned those wich casted shadows into a non shadow cast version.
Specularity and rim effect are UNTOUCHED now, so those white flashing places should be fine.
Enjoy and sorry in case you got those white bright places.
