Added the DISTR file to robots and corrected the requirements
Deathclaws get a large health and small speed buff (
Robots (not gen 3 synths) and coursers get a damage resist increase
Vertibirds get a large resistances buff but take pentuple damage from rocket launchers
In vanilla enemies are given perks with the effect of reducing their damage by 25% from what the player would have at their level. I've included a file that increases their damage to bein-line with the player
