Fallout 4: Feral Horde Spawner.

Craft the Roachzilla's Egg at a chemstation.
This egg works as a mine that explodes after 5 seconds (no damages).
Explosion will spawn a big radroach with 250 HP, 50 damage and energy resistance, 25 unarmed damages and the ability to adsorb 5 HP from enemy if it isn't blocking. 
When i mean big i mean bigger than you...this one is slower than normal radroaches and don't do the jump attack (goes too high).
It is your ally and settlement's ally.
When it dies, explodes into 50 small fast radroaches that will attack every enemy.
This mod will grow for sure, i have at least a dozen of spawnable special creatures, but every advice is welcome.

Craftable Hydra worm's Egg.
The Hydra worm is unfriendly.
If killed it duplicated, he has a constant health degragation (hunger) but adsorb 25 HP per bite, plus 25 regular damages and 250 HP.
If it burns, get poisoned, bleeds out or starve, then it dies, in case you chop it, then it duplicates...and so on.
Blocking it's hit will save from 25 regular damages but not from it's 25 HP absorpition.
The more it's health is low, the more it gets aggressive
When it is below 25%, it get frenzied and attacks it's "clones".
The more it's health is low the more aggressive and fast it gets .
IF you have a potato PC, probably the high number of NPC wold be a problem...WRONG!
I made it possibile that this fucker disappears into a bloody explosion when it dies or duplicates.
Your FPS will be safe.

Craftable Valkyrja Spawner.
Craft it with 50 gold.
The Valkyrja is a big and strong viking like woman  with a perfect  and aggressive combat style, loyal to you, your settlers and your allies.
That Valkirja has only a problem...She is constantly on her period, in part good because she has a bloodthirst that increases when she get hurt, but when her health drop below 25% she goes berzerk and frenzies.
She has from 500 to 1000 HP, takes half of damages, is much bigger than you, is heavy, so harder to stagger, has 25 of strength and endurance, so she hurts a lot. The more damages she takes, the more strength she gains to a max of a total of 50 strength, also her speed increases to a max of +50%.
Her axe deal 50 nominal damages, but with all that strength...
Also that axe deal a stagger and 25 electric damages.
She doesn't recoil, she keep attacking like a fury.
She heals 5 hp per second, so when she get back at full health should calm down if was frenzied and loses her speed and strength bonuses, she is protected, only you can kill her.
Her name is "Menstrual Avenger", she throws menstrual blood to the enemies.
She got a sweep attack, so she plows everything in her attack range.
She is funny to use while using my feral horde generator at low levels (if you can get 50 gold).
She wears Grognack's costume.

Roachzilla babies will stay foreve rin the world unless you kill them, no more corpses, they will explode and disappear.
Menstrual avenger is no more protected, but when she dies will explode (no gory) and drops back the spawner, if she don't explode on death, hit the corpse.
Added the special sentrybot Matryoshka.
Iy's spawner required a lot of materials and skills.
It spawns an apparently normal sentrybot (friendly) but when it dies, explodes into 3 assaltrons (friendly).
When those assaultrons die, each one will explode into 3 eyebot (friendly).
When eyebot die, explodes...and stop.
All these explosion deal damages, so watch out.
All spawned robots will stay forever in the world until get destroyed (they disappear from existence).
They are useful in a settlement raid or to save you from some difficult situation.
All my new creatures will be friendly also to raider workshop faction now, in case you want to be evil.

IMPROVE HORDE FIGHT
Demoniac skull will spawn ferals as usual, but these one are demon like.
This means they lit on fire, immune to fire, deal fire damages on hit.
Their fire damage us equal to their melee damage, blocking their attacks, prevents physical damage only (there is a vanilla torso cuirass modification that prevent any fire damage anyway).
Fighting hordes of ferals leave the pain in the ass to loot corpses and those one are heavy for you PC...
Solution: those ferals will explode on death and disappear.
Depending from demon ghoul type, their explosion deal an small HP regeneration in a small area (when killed in melee pratically).
Normal demon feralghoul gives back 5hp for example, roamer gives +10hp, stalker gives +15 and so on.
Their fire damage on hit start from 10 from feral to 80 for the charred ghoul, so +10 per tier.
The explosion they do, drop some random components in a balanced quantity, but only for 60 seconds, then they fade away.
Demoniac skull explosion is replaced by a better one.
Exploding and disappearing on death, the area stay claen and there will be no Frame drops for low ends pc or high end (after 300 corpses, i started to have 35-40 fps.
You can go ahad mauling them as you want without performance issues, the shader they use to stay lit on fire, don't hit the framerate.
I tried to spawn 250 normal ferals and 250 demon ferals, same drop from 60 to 50 fps.

Added a blood splatter effect to demon ghouls.
Demoniac skull is not infinite but can be retrieved after you destroy it, and can be disabled like a mine, this because often happens thay your character throw 3 or 4 of them by himself.
When you load a game where you killed many ghouls, for some reason their corpses respawned, now they don't do it anymore, sorry for the inconvenience.
When killed in close range, demon ghouls resore some health like before, and heal some radiation (same quantity of health restored) and gives a slow time effect for 10 seconds, the higher tier the demon ghoul is, the stronger the slow time effect is.

First at all, i did a small modification to the feral's spawner, now those demonic ghoul look more demonic and are more balanced but not too nerfed, there is only 1 type of demonic ghoul now.
It's not much strong, but spawns every 2.5 seconds instead of 5.
Created a new spawnable creature, the Rad Sorcerer...a kind of ghoul mage warrior that uses radiation powers to face enemies, you will see...
Is not as  strong and brutal as menstrual avenger (he has 250 HP and levels up until level 100) , but he, after his death respawns after 2.5 seconds, the only way to stop it to respawn is destroy the amulet he drops on his death.
When he dies, he explodes and deal 250 rad damages, his ranged attack deals 100 normal and radiation damages and seek targets, his hammer (a Modified atomic super sledge from FarHarbor)  deals 100 rad damages even if enemy blocks his attacks.
Don't worry for the original Far Harbor's atomic Supersledge, it's untouched, i copied and pasted the weapon giving a new ID, so is a standalone.
When you destroy the amulet, the explosion deals 250 normal and rad damages, and deployies the spawner back.
This guy is effective against humans but less against creatures.
He is friendly as the menstrual avenger, but at least he don't flips out. when too angry.
The side effect is that this guy is radioactive and if you stay too close to him you get Rad damages, but if you have ghoulish perk, pratically heals you a bit.
Menstrual Avenger has all Big leagues perks now.
Spawner craftable as always at a chem station using 50 nuclear materials and without requirements.

Demon ghouls drop more loot and demonic skull's explosion is bigger.
New creature...Mr Bombastic (friendly).
This shining rad rat attacks enemies and explodes in a similar way of molerats with bomb vest...
The only difference is that this small guy respawns from it's own explosions, making it a pure mess, is dangerous if you stay too close to it. every explosion deals 50 area damages and dismember enemies on death.
Spawner Craftable with 5 plasma granades and 5 glowing blood packs with level 4 science.

Mr bombastic was impossible to "delete" wuthout using the "disable" console command.
Now you just activate iy (the same way you open doors or a container) and it will disappear.
Fixed it's combat style, it has an aggressive bite rate and will explode after 1 hit it gets, dealing 100 area damages.
it will respawn immediately until the target dies.
Rad mage and menstrual avenger, will no drop their spawner anymore if killed (to keep things balanced).
Demonic skull death now deal 500 damages and do a big explosion, so keep out.
