About this mod
A remake of my previous "Real Sanctuary Hills Restoration" blueprint. It features a more "rustic", lived in look of Santuary Hills.
- Permissions and credits
This a more Rustic version of Sanctuary, which i find more immersive. It contains 2147 items.
Unlike my other Blueprint, this one is built based on this mod :Rebuild Sanctuary. So it is necessary to have for the blueprint to work, along with its misc files : Easy Scrapping, No Repair, No ruined House Repair, Vanilla Textures Pack. Highly recommended to also use the Paint that House mod, along with its 2024 linoleum update and Sanctuary roofs reborn-roof only
Make sure that you know how to install Transfer settlement Blueprints, and if you dont, go to the transfer settlements mod page and read the instructions!.
Before Import, its important to scrap all the necessary stuff. Scrapping the Toolbox at the workshop house, does most of the work basically by scrapping almost all decos and furnitures. You may need to scrap the hedges, any remaining furnitures inside the houses and also only the exterior(orange) doors from the houses, since i replace them with cleaner ones.Might also need to scrap a few trees and leaf piles here and there if you dont like them. after the necessary scrapping is done, you are safe to import!
