Just a cleanup of Croup manor.
Ghouls will be there due to game progress.

Croup Manor Cleanup for those who would like to build a custom settlement.
Everything is scrapped but you will still need to kill all ghoul's in the area to get ownership of the workshop.
Before you ask, No. Scrap everything was NOT used to make this.
Everything is scrapped, left the top of the door showing so you can access the Croup Basement.
