About this mod
I create the latest and most complete version of my mod that aims to fix the disgusting vanilla melee combat system.
This one includes new features well explained below.

In the othe case here is the Instructions.
First of all, you will no longer need to adjust those Fallout4Custom.ini values like my older mod, now there is a ini file incorporated with my mod (thanks to another modder that showed me how to do it).
Just drag everything into your data folder.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. HOLD THE FUCKING BLOCK BUTTON AND BLOCK EVERYTHING (keep your finger on it).
Apparentely you will do the same block animation, but if you hold the button your character will be able to detect all incomings attacks (remember to point at your target).
He/she will rise and lower guard automatically.
your character will do it by itself.
You don't need to do anything, just HOLD THAT FUCKING block button.
That timing nightmare is over.
1st person and 3rd person avaible.
2. ATTACKING WHILE HOLDING THAT MOTHERFUCKING BLOCK BUTTON (Always keep that finger on it).
You will see your character performing faster attacks than vanilla, better chained.
If you are attacking during an enemy's attack, you will stop your attack just in time to convert it into a parry.
ALL AUTOMATIC...just hold that fucking block button.
3. ATTACKS DIRECTION AT YOUR WILL
Vanilla sometimes make you attack forward for no reason and don't let you choose the attacks's direction.
It was made to make AI's combat style adapting to your movements...
I found a way to let you chose the attack's direction without touching those of vanilla.
4. HOLD ATTACK BUTTON WITHOUT HOLDING BLOCK BUTTON (don't forget to keep your finger on attack button...LEAVING BLOCK BUTTON ALONE)
your attacks will be even faster than those thrown holding block button.
It's an offensive approach to the combat, so i tought that hitting more aggressively was appropriated, consireding that without holding block butto you are defenseless.
Attacks directions can be changed freely and swiftly.
A new thing i added: when you hold attack button and an enemy is going to attack you, you can do a really fast attack to detect it, sometimes works, sometimes not.
5. A LITTLE SAFE
if may happed that you press attack button (not holding) in the same moment an enemy is going to hit you, your character will bo a parry instead of attacking.
If this happens, generally is when you mistaked block button with attack button in the wrong moment.
It may save your ass.
6. DODGES
A new thing...you can dodge wherever you want.
to dodge, press both attack and block button.
there are three dodges (left, right, back)
The dodge's direction depends by your movement's direction before pressing both the buttons.
walking to the left and pressing them let you dodge to left for example.
Dodges are almost useless against melee attacks but very useful against rockets in case you are over encumbered and you can't run.
7. EVERY ATTACK USES ACTION POINTS.
This does mean that even regular attacks use your stamina...
regular attacks uses 1/4 than vanilla's power attacks.
Power attacks use half action points than usual.
when you are in power armor your stamina consumption from attacks is half, but your attacks speed are the same of vanilla (holding block will grant protection anyway).
Heavier weapon use more Stamina, so swinging those super hammers like a berzerk will let you out of breath.
When your stamina is 0, you can't attack until your Action points are enough to perform an attack.
Fighting now is tiring.
To compensat this, Action points will start to recover after 0.1 seconds.
Vanilla was about 3 or 4 seconds.
That 0.1 is necessary, because if i set it to 0, you can hold your breath while sniping forever, or sprinting forever.
Blocking will cost Action points ( 1/4 of incoming damages), so hiding behind your block is not always the best idea, also because if an enemy will drop your stamina to 0 while you are holding block, it will break your guard.
When your guard get broken, you will block all damages but you will stay uncovered for some frames.
You will see a recoil animation as a block break, so you will be defensless for a second or 2.
Minigun shredder will not consume Action points, and ripper too.
So if you are on survival and your stamina is low for thirst or hunger or sleep, a ripper or an empty minigun may come in handy.
8. BALLISTIC BULLET DEFLECTION O YOUR CHOICE.
I created a perk that allows you to deflect Ballsitic non explosive bullets when you block under enemy's fire.
Laser weapons, plasma weapons, acid spits, rockets and other weapon that aren't bullet are out.
You can deflect bullets only with melee weapons that aren't affected by iron fist perk...to keep "realism".
When you deflect a bullet, your enemy is damages itself by 1/4 of it's weapon damage.
You can get this perk only via console.
Type
Help "sambuca" 4 perk
and then will appear the id of my perk, then
Player.addperk followed by ID
In case you want to remove it:
Player.removeperk followed by ID
9. ALWAYS PARRY
Press power attack against an incoming attack those NPC that share your same animation set and you will always detect their attack with a non lethal parry move.
Works better with melee weapons, but it works with guns too.
10. BLOCK STAGGER OFFSET
Now bigger weapons and bigger creatures can Pierce more trought a light weapon' s block.
This means that those days where raiders could block your hits with barehands, even when you was in a Power armor, swinging a heavy hammer against them, are gone.

Fixed a small rare error with knieves animations that freezed you.

When totally unarmed and holding attack button, punches weren't as fast as intended...now i fixed it
When one of you leg, or both are crippled, you can't dodge.
You can't dodge if you are over encumbered unless you have strong back perk at level 4.

ADDED AN ALTERNATIVE VERSION
1. Normal attacks will not drain your AP
2. Power attacks will use the regular amount of AP but deals 2x damages instead of 1.5
3. Every attack in power armor doubles the damages. now power armor are deadlier.
4. Power armor core consumption per second of running from 0.05 to 0.125
5. Power armor core consumption per melee attack from 0.0 to 0.25
6. Power armor core consumption per jump from 0.0 to 0.25
7. Power armor core consumption per AP from 0.05 to 0
8. Power armor core consumption per explosive impact land from 0.0 to 0.5.
Wearing a power armor turns you into a war machine but at a battery cost.

Added a new version where i removed dodges, ap regenerations tweaks, ap consumption for every attack and most important, i made it possibile that rippers and buzzsaws ALWAYS use their typical attacks without swings.
this means that my mod is compatibile with everything now.

This mod is the best i can do for now, sadly i can't do automatic block against bullets, so you have to do it by yourself.
