Updated and fixed version of my previous mod that allows left and right stairwells.

EDIT: I've been asked to make an ESL version and a version without RAILINGS. This is my first time making an ESL file, I tested this and it worked. If anyone wants to improve this please feel free to do so.
This updated version now leaves the original stairwell and adds my 3 newer ones. I have also edited and changed the railings and the actual mesh as I wasn't happy with the vanilla version.
That's it, dead simple. 3 new stairwells updated and improved.
