This retexture replaces the texture of the Railroad armored coat Mk 2 armor.
How to install:
1. Enable mods
- Find your Fallout4.ini, usually found under Documents/My Games/Fallout4
- Find the line "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\" and replace it with "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\"
- Save your ini file.

2. Throw everything in the data folder in your Fallout 4 directory, usually found under Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4
3. Profit.
