Just a simple .esp file that cleans up the entire are of Sanctuary hills.
All of the leaves, grass, trash, debris and scrap is now gone.
Shaun's crib is one of the only items left inside of the houses, there are a few other things that I didn't scrap

The perk mag is in the kitchen of the characters home but the "you're special" book is not there. Looking in to what happened.
