I like this mod, but it unbalances a couple of other things in the game. For instance the DC guards, who already struggle vs supermutants, now have no chance whatsoever. But the most problematic issue is with the quest Show No Mercy from the Brotherhood. Here you have to use a Vertibird minigun to gun down a Behemoth. This is virtually impossible and the Supermutants take down the vertibird long before the Behemoth is at 50% hp. I even have minigun boosting mod installed and a durable vertibird mod. It makes no difference.
Durable Vertibirds has always had various scaling options so you can make the Vertibirds as tough as you want them to be. You can even make vertibirds invincible.
hey i wonder if i can combine it with super mutant shall inherit the eart mod which make super mutant regenerate health and give them some armor like milk armor and tumbajamba for strong.ths
Thanks I needed this. I love playing with Better Locational Damage, and it made killing them too easy. I want these badass brutes to be scary, to be something I have to stealth around and avoid. Look at all that god damn muscle, literally an army of hulks. These guys should be wrecking the wastelands. Thanks for the mod.
try realistic guns and bullets overhaul with weapons of fate and better locations damage. to cover energy weapons use plasma arsenal. this mod and super mutant redux are both fairly buggy after patch 1.6, they cause a ton of stuttering since they arent patched up to new versions.
