If you have the mod "Milk That Brahmin - A Milk Mini-Overhaul" mod link - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12175/ then this is the mod for you where you can craft a empty milk bottle at any cooking station for two glass the same as it is to break one down so now you can milk of all the Brahmin sooner.
A mild warning though The Milk That Brahmin mod does give you back empty milk bottles so don't make too many this mod is just so you can get some sooner or for those who want a lot of empty milk bottles and don't want to have to look through too many milk machines.
