Adds the classic Doc Mitchell house to Fallout 4 as a player home.

This mod adds the classic Doc Mitchell house from Fallout New Vegas to Fallout 4 as a player home. I have custom made the cell with an attempt of faithful accuracy, whist taking creative liberty on certain elements, such as a functioning back door and overgrown exterior half sunken into the terrain, purely chosen on aesthetic preference.
The interior of the house also features a functioning workshop, disguised as an intercom by the front door. As well as a small selection of Doc Mitchell furniture, accessible within Furniture>Miscellaneous.
