What it does:
This is my first mod and it rebalances the laser gun's charging barrels to be a bit more viable.
1 second full charge time (down from 3 seconds) and .3 of a second for min charge (down from .5)
20% damage increase for the sniper and improved sniper barrels.
Holds 15 in a magazine (up from 9)
Optional version for a new "Optimized" barrel type that deals about double the vanilla improved sniper barrel.
