Sim Settlements 2 - Plotapalooza Building Plan Pack
My entry for the Plot-A-Palooza event of October 2024!
The theme was "Recreational, just like new" and that had me think either a pre-war car... or books and art! And so, since I did a vehicle themed plot last time, I decided to try my best to make a workshop for settlers looking to piece together the texts of those old books and restore paintings to their former glory.
The (3x3) Book N Art Restoration plan:
Level 1 starts with room for 2, adding 2 for each level (room for 6 at level 3).
And this time, it's fully navmeshed.
Apologies for any confusion regarding the title, I had a brief moment of ambition.

The theme was "Recreational, just like new" and that had me think either a pre-war car... or books and art! And so, since I did a vehicle themed plot last time, I decided to try my best to make a workshop for settlers looking to piece together the texts of those old books and restore paintings to their former glory.
The (3x3) Book N Art Restoration plan:
- Level 1 - A simple shack with space for storage, bookshelves, a printer, paint mixing station, and the easel.
- Level 2 - The walls are improved in preparation for the second floor, construction is already under way and the workers prepare leather for the books they'll be making from scratch.
- Level 3 - A fully built workshop with a balcony for the breaks the workers will need after completing a project. The second floor has been dedicated to the arts - which has now expanded to include smaller statues. The main floor has been upgraded for the more complex conservation and restoration of books, including a brand new digital printer and proper workbenches for those books made from scratch.
