Fixes the missing sound effect of the cigarette being smoked.
The original mod seems to have a problem with its sound file not being used while the player decide to smoke, linked to the fact that those sound are packed in a BA2 archive.
So, I simply extracted them to be easily detected and used by the mod when needed.
