adds skibadaa's rifles rebirth ammo options and changes JHP to +25% dmg +50 armor +10 bleed damage, AP to -20% damage -50% armor, and JSP to +5 bleed dmg separate files for doombased, vanilla+DLC, hopefully degenerate dak, and hopefully random mod authors I like for modular usage

Doombased has open permission to all modders to use his assets in theirs, Vanilla guns are mod files are in 2 of my mods, still need to ask the other mod authors for permissions, skibadaa who's framework I'm borrowing to add the ammo subtypes has given permission for all 4 files as long as the other mods authors do for their own

introduces 3 upgrades (1 is a pure upgrade and 2 are niche) to the weapons workbench "ammo" category for modded guns
part of a gameplay overhaul I'm doing by piggybacking on others but adding a few things and changing values to personalize and customize the player experience in a curated fashion
HEAVILY recommend using all 4, but vanilla + DLC only is an option, once/if I get permission most of degenerate dak's guns are modded in his file, doombased's merged 16 weapons, and the once/if I get permission random mod authors just add a bunch of flavour in missing areas a list of 2 hopefully soon 4 mod files for modularity

useable without the following but is designed with them in mind strongly suggested to use alongside my "balanced damage threshold values" mod using "damage threshold" (a mod that adds DT framework) also heavily recommend using alongside degenerate dak's weapon rebalance and damage overhaul and his guns which also require munitions often (they're made to flesh out munitions weapons that use its ammo roster especially)
and slightly recommend using my mod editing his bullet damage values to incorporate the fact of damage threshold once I upload it if you want .22 pistols to pierce most high DT stuff especially when upgraded (but barely)
