If Given The Ability To Give They're Troops The Edge By Giving Them A Means Of Unlimited Ammo, No Military Would Turn That Chance Down
No Military Would Turn Down The Ease Of Logistics An Entirely Recharger Based Army Would Have Compared To The Even More Complicated Logistics Of An Army Using Both Plasma AND Fusion Cells. No More Needing Shipments Of Cells Or Plasma Cartridges, Just Cores For They're Armor And Rations Of Food And Water
The Idea Here Is The AR2 Enclave Find Blueprints Of The AEC19 Weapon And Improve On The Design By Creating The Recharger Variant Using The Micro Fusion Breeder Technology Found Elsewhere In The Wasteland (Namely, The Mojave)
As This Is Replacing The Normal AR2 Gatling Laser, The Enclave Won't Be Using It Until You Reach That Point In They're Story That The Game Would Normally Spawn The AR2 Gatling Laser
