Broadsider shooting heads - head cannon is my headcanon.

Adds a modified broadsider that shoots heads instead of cannonballs, both craftable at the chem station.
Cannon heads - require lvl 1 medic perk, 10 skulls and 10 canned dog food to make 10 heads. Grenade tab.
Headcannon - requires lvl 1 demolition perk, 6 aluminum, 3 adhesive, 3 oil and 4 springs. Utility tab.
Projectile counts as arrow so it sticks to surfaces but not people, insane damage as well.
Still allows the typical broadsider modifications on it.
