Renames the Combat Rifle to "Reserve Rifle".

Quick and dirty FO4edit renaming the Combat Rifle to the Reserve Rifle based on my own preference.
Minimal testing done, should apply to all generic instances of the weapon. Uniques like December's Child and Overseer's Guardian are left untouched.
Install with Mod Organizer 2 or through your method of choice.
My very first "mod", such as it is; feedback appreciated.
