Slight Fix for LT Fritz Dismemberment that will cause some quest to not fire.

Description
Adds Adamantium skeleton perk level 3 so LT Fritz does not become dismembered, which causes Part 70 of Fighting With Fire not to proceed. Lt Fritz is protected which mean he can still be hurt by other NPCs which can cause dismemberment causing bug to make him disappear when he comes in to warn about the BoS attack during FIghting with FIre. Does not work if using mods that alter the Adamantium Perk that they can still be crippled or dismembered.
This will not work if Lt Fritz has already been dismembered. To fix it this you need to go into console(`) click on him (he may turn invisible, but he is there), type into console - disable, resurrect, enable and he will be back to full limb self and ready to keep going.
