A patch that lets you better delay Tactical Thinking. Starting the quest will no longer lock out PAM from doing Railroad Quests and you can now say "I'm not ready" to Kells to delay the quest from triggering the kick-out events.

- Tactical Thinking PAM Greetings have been conditioned to not start until after you speak with Kells.
- The "I need time to prepare" dialogue option when speaking with Kells will now instead end the dialogue instead of the "you can do that after the debriefing".
- New greeting with Kells if you asked for more time.
