ESL flagged, only tested on 1.10.163 (OG), but should work even with last version of the game. Requires all pre NG official DLCs. Makes the game more "flat" and less atmospheric, but definitely gives a boost in performance for people struggling to run the game in intensive places, such as Corvega, Downtown Boston or even overcrowded settlement with 74658436 light sources. Less shadows - less drawcalls - less engine bottlenecks.
