Allows fast travel to and from the interior of Virgil's cave rather than the exterior.
You've probably fast traveled to and from Virgil's hole-in-a-wall home before. Likely for a quest or two, potentially with murder on your mind. The landing zone gets pretty annoying, what with the immediate radiation and the deathclaw on his doorstep. So I decided to take things inside. Get a bit more close and personal with the cave, and a bit less in the way of a two ton lizard.
