~Craftable Electric Well Pumps~
Honestly, I just made this one because I'm tired of trying to fiddle with placing the normal +3 water hand-operated well pumps. I've personally drilled (with a hand-held gas-powered auger) a shallow-water well (in Massachusetts, to boot) so I know it's not really all that hard to do, as long as the ground's not frozen.
For my well pump, I've given it the ingame model for the small generator, and it requires 3 power, but produces 10 water (so 2 of them will run a standard 20-person settlement). It doesn't have the restriction of needing to be placed on dirt, because it really isn't hard to take a sledgehammer to concrete or asphalt and make a hole big enough for a well pipe, however this also makes it possible to put it on just about anything, so you could put it on the roof of a building if you really wanted to.
The pump is in the standard "Resources -> Water" build menu, at the end after the big Water Purifier - it's labeled "Well Pump" and all build entries are in alphabetical order, so even if it's not where you're expecting, just look for the name.
