This is simply a few Enclave X-02 edits and a PipBoy Flashlight Patch patch.
The Enclave X-02 PA mod has a huge number of mods with it as a master. Therefore, it was kept as ESP and NOT compacted.
Any existing patch still work with this version.

This Edit
- Changed miscmod_PA_X02_Helmet_Headlamp name from "X-01 Headlamp" to "X-02 Headlamp".
- Set Light record PAX02HeadlampLightBright radius to 1024
- Set Plugin Header to 1.0
- The PipBoy Flashlight Patch patch - Sets the plugin Header to 1.0, flags the ESP for ESL to save a plugin slot, and changes FormID on 8 or so OMODs so they no longer show as "injected" in xEdit.
