This is much more of a WIP than I remembered, but still certainly worth looking at. Spectacle City is my dad's attempt at making a "domed city of the future!" in the commonwealth, the dome itself covers as much of the island as possible and the city is built within. YOU WILL (probably) NEED DLC FOR THIS, but otherwise there are NO MODS involved in the making of this settlement, no creation tools or anything, this was all collected and placed by hand by my dad.
