A basic master file for my Legendary Perks mod.
This mod makes it so you can scrap legendary items and receive a legendary component from them. It doesn't seem to work well with unique legendary items that you can purchase, like the Big Boy or Overseer's Guardian, I think they can scrap, but I don't think you will get the legendary component from them.
The purpose for not having this as a part of my Legendary Perks mod is for the potential of a future mod of mine to use the same Legendary Components you can get from using this mod.
