Description
Makes the children of the wasteland act more like they should. They grew up in harsh environments and watched people they loved die, they wouldn't run away screaming. Instead they will beat your face in with bats, rippers, and even pick up guns and stuff from fallen allies and enemies.
I am almost 100% that this shouldn't miss any kids, except ones on purpose like memory shaun etc. If I missed one let me know.
