What's that, you say? My cosmetic changes aren't what you consider 'better'? But that can't be so! Merely browsing through the Companion mods on the nexus and their titles indicates that can't possibly be true! ANY changes, however abominable, must be considered 'better'! Is that not how this works?

Same way you activate/remove any other *.esp for FO4. Make sure your game is set up for modding, and have at.
Don't know why it isn't working? You might not have set up for mods yet. Follow directions on this guide.
To remove, delete or disable the *.esp. For safest file handling, revert to a save before installation.
