Because these mods replace stagger with hit reaction. Without requirements, it only affects when you or NPCs injure a limb.

[Description]
First, "Simple Dodges - Sidestep Dodges and Dodge Rolls" by i3ncore is a great mod that makes the dodge roll animations work on behaviors instead of papyrus scripts, and it works by replacing the stagger animation files.
The Simple Dodges mod works very well with "Simple Attack Reactions - Limb-Specific Animations" by the same author, and in my opinion it is a de facto requirement mod, since without it you roll instead of stagger.
However, I felt that the vanilla hit reaction animations were too long, especially in melee combat, and that's why I created this mod. So, I guess I did the opposite of one of his mods, but as long as it's for gameplay and not realism, it's effective and doesn't look too weird.
I may or may not do a video later because I'm not good at it and it takes time.

This mod contains the edited "HitReactionBehavior.hkx" as a loose file. That's it.
