Ever looked at my remember the citadel mod and thought: Wow this is inconsistent.
Look no more. to this, brings back that mojave chapter style BoS and gives us some new npc's

Changes:
KNIGHT ARMOR, BOS FATIGUES HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT OF THE WINDOW AND ARE FULLY REPLACED BY THE RECON ARMOR
T51 IS NOW STANDARD ISSUE ( 51B FOR KNIGHTS, 51C FOR PALADINS, 51E FOR ELDER )
Other than that it's identical to Rebuild the capital, I just dont want it to clutter up the files section. This also has no new paint in it and completely relies on NiceGuyHenry's mods
