About this mod
Modifies the Sneak Perks to give 3 times the normal bonuses to stealth.

Modifies Sneak Perks to be three times more effective (for level 4 +150% skill, versus normal +50%).
This will not make you 100% undetectable and is 'less' effective then the invisible effects (stealth boy, camoflauge), but also does not have the annoying invis effect.
With all skills maxxed and in fairly dark, it will take bumping into most NPC to be detected (or actions).
If folks like I can probably work on a progressive verision (modifying previous sneak traits to make them all porportiantely more effective, rather then a HUGE jump with sneak 4.
Update 1.0:
Modified the first 4 levels of sneak, so they each give three times the normal bonus.
Sneak 1 = 60%
Sneak 2 = 90%
Sneak 3 = 120%
Sneak 4 = 150%
