Just a lazy FO4Edit tweak to remove the movement speed restriction when carrying the Tankgewehr M1918 by NovaFinch et al.

Hey there,
this is just a quick .esp fix for all those folks being annoyed by the slow movement speed of the Tankgewehr M1918.
- weapon weight dropped from 41 to 25
- removed slowing effects
Enjoy. :)
Install:
1. Just drop the .esp file into your .../Fallout 4/Data/ folder or load the archive into your mod manager.
2. Make sure to edit your load order so that the fix is being loaded after the main file of the Tankgewehr (M1918nv.esp).
Version 1.1:
