The flag representing the reformed Commonwealth Provisional Government, now referred to as the Commonwealth People's Republic. A Dream for settlers to wave their flags for a republic to govern the Commonwealth in the aftermath of the Minutemen ending with the Brotherhood and the Railroad coexisting in an era of peace. This flag is also part of a settlement crafting material that would grant some happiness to the settlements, hoping for a nation of their own to rise again if the Institute is gone.

The flag is designed by ModTek, dreaming that the Commonwealth would rise back into the new CPG. ModTek's description for it is "The Commonwealth Peoples Republic is a post-War federal republic founded in Boston Massachusetts in the early 2230's and reformed in 2287 comprised at its peak of three contiguous states located in the Commonwealth with additional territorial holdings in Cambridge, Quincy, and Southern Boston without a capital city, Diamond City became the first capital in 2289, two years after the trail council was formed and two years into Adrian McKnight's Presidency, priding itself on being the first capital of the Commonwealth Provisional Government."

Currently, this mod only has the flag of the Commonwealth Peoples Republic flag and nothing else. Didn't have a chance to add an immersive way of getting it. You can get it anytime currently, but I would've preferred getting it after the Minutemen "Peaceful" ending with the Institute destroyed. So weirdly enough, if you already sided with the Institute, or the Railroad that only cares about saving synths, or the Brotherhood ending, you can have the flag, but it doesn't sound immersive that way.

The only issue this mod has is when you place the waving flag with no pole on it, there's no way to position it or select it again. The rest of the flags, such as the waving flagpole flag, and wall flags are still selectable and moveable in settlements.
