Version 1.7.0
Repaired Navmesh in both locations, added a Missle Launcher to the Swamp
Like the Original SkyCamps, these two Camps were created so Survivors would have a safe, comfortable place to save their games...In the hostile areas of the South, this is even more important than ever. Both are equipped with everything a survivor needs for an extended stay, and Nav-meshed so you can bring your friends.
Map Markersare visible on start-up, to make them easier to find.
1. The Swamp: This SkyCamp sits between Quincy, and Poseidon Energy, on an Isolated Platform... As you approach this camp it looks like a Siege Tower, and that's exactly what it is... Purpose built, to take on the Gunners in Quincy, all from the comfort of your Living Room... Snipers will enjoy multiple vantagepoints, and players who like to get up close and personal, can take the Tram.
2. The Bus: Located West of Robotics Pioneer Park. This SkyCamp overlooks the entrance to the Glowing Sea...Survivors coming to this area for missions, now have a comfortable Save-Point before heading in. (The new Enclave Quest is nearby)... After eliminating whatever spawns in the cabins below, this camp goes strangely quiet. With views of the Glowing Sea on one side, and the Downtown Skyline on the other, this location is truly unique...
Note: Often, when you arrive at the Swamp, the lights aren't working. This makes a foggy environment even worse. If you look to the Southern edge of the platform, you'll see an ammo box on the ledge. If you go stand next to that ammo box, you will turn your lights on... It's a cell border thing, and if you notice it at any other SkyCamps, the remedy is the same. Head away from Camp in different directions... Since SkyCamps only allow travel in two directions, this won't take long... Once you cross the cell border your lights should come on.
