I don't often like the games base NPC faces, but this one is an exception. So I simply copied her face in Looksmenu and then tweaked it a bit.
This preset can be applied to an NPC or your character by using Looksmenu.
Your presets should be stored here:
\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets
* Please note - I did not upgrade my game in case Looksmenu is still not working.
