Just a small little settlement by Charles View Amphitheater
- no doors i figured players would like to use auto doors
- no water in pool so you can use build your own pool
you will need to provide power to the water pump and slot machines
i used a npc spawner and radio beacon so the player has better control over the number of settlers
i did do some decorating

Fixed some minor issues brought to my attention
Version 1.5 fixed an area with the build area
