I made this weapon for my wife because she likes to play Fallout 4, but isn't into combat. She'd rather explore the world, discover locations, read notes from survivors, and learn about the game characters' backstories. This weapon lets her do all that without having to fight enemies.
I've included an optional file that requires another mod. This optional file allows you to craft the legendary effect "Becca's" onto any weapon using 20 Freeform Cells from the mod stated before. (Makes any weapon OP)
Location: Sanctuary Hills, underneath the weapons workbench.
