This mod was made for my friends and I, it was not meant to be good. It was meant to be part of the most nightmarish of blunt rotations. (See also Lukefoods Companion)
Frankie is located near the playground in Diamond City (over by the Green Monster).
Also please bare with me, this is my first mod and I am still learning how to properly upload things and iron out kinks.
