Hi. This is just the postprocess from my old mod on my deleted account in reshade for people to tweak and play around with. ENB kind of flattens the colors before you add effects, so the contrast is turned down for vanilla weather. It has been a while, I honestly posted this on a whim, and some people do not like ENB.
If I did remake this mod I would probably try to do what SirArindel did for Legendary Weathers for Skyrim Special Edition in the Creation Kit, but I never really modded Bethesda games much.
