While scouring the game files in search of rare or unused Gunner faces to use with my recent Diverse Gunners update, I discovered that the Gunner commander at the Bradberton Overpass is a unique NPC using a generic Gunner face and whose name does not appear in game. Unique Faces - Commander Tornin fixes both of these issues (see screen shots).
Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't alter the same NPC (Actor) record.
