Donation Points system

Originally, the first option just recolor the rusty textures in the shoulder pads when you apply the Tesla mod in the arms. This is for those who want to combine it with the Enclave paint or similar.
Second option completely recolors the Tesla modules to black/dark grey, saving you of painting.
The last option is a small change in the color palette to make it more similar to the Tesla armor from FO3.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No custom textures, just a recolor of the original CC texture.
I preferred to leave the circuits/wires untouched. (I think it gives it a nice touch :p)
