Why I Made This
I was playing recently and I was anxious to get to Goodneighbor, in part so I could get some water, only to find no usable water source. And I checked everywhere. Nada. Just two bottles of Purified Water for sale in the Third Rail. I wasn't expecting much. Certainly wasn't expecting to find running clean water, they're in the middle of downtown Boston and much of the population is ghouls. I went in with what I thought were very reasonable expectations and Goodneighbor failed to even hit them. So I fired up the Creation Kit and like 15 minutes later, here we are.

But CLN, aren't there mods that already do this?
There are mods that add water sources, but they just add water pumps which I'm assuming have purified water and call me a cynic, but I just don't see Hancock going out of his way to supply radiation free water if it doesn't help him personally. Not without charging for it that is. I also wanted something that used the standpipe that was already there.

For those who don't know, a standpipe is something fire departments use to connect into in order to fight fires. Similar to a fire hydrant, but better because they look cooler. It stands to reason that it wouldn't be hard to modify one to release a more manageable trickle of water so you can drink from it or refill your water bottles.

Nitty gritty
This is not a complex mod and it effectively doesn't even modify the visible world space. This should make compatibility very high. Of course, a new activator was made using the standpipe model. This was placed exactly where the old standpipe was and the old standpipe was marked as deactivated.
