Briefly before the bombs fell, the U.S. Military were shipping an M27 Comat Anti-Materiel Rifle through Boston. These Rifles are exceedingly rare, but one lies hidden on the Military barge outside the Old North Church.
For those looking to put a little (or a lot) more "oomf" behind a .50 Caliber projectile, there is a legendary rifle hidden somewhere along the eastern coast, though not necessarily facing toward the east. The soldier who owned this rifle died in glorious flames, taking down many tanks and even an airship. Their rifle is located somewhere near where they perished, overlooking the battle site.
