    when I clicked properties for FO4, i am missing the custtomize tab...

      Properties, right click on the Desktop shortcut (mine is F4se) by default it will popup shortcut that is were you will find Change icon. : )

    Instructions were unclear but vortex has an icon changer function, and love your Lucy icon.

      Not everyone is able to do it with no experience, but as I said I managed to do it with vortex's change icon function.

      If you're unable to follow simple instructions on how to change an .ico file, you're going to struggle modding Bethesda games when you have conflicts...

      lies, more than 500 mods on skyrim, still don't know how to change an icon, what do they even have in common?
